When placing an order, please ensure that your delivery address, contact phone number, and email address are accurate and complete, and that the delivery address is located within the United States. If a package is delayed, lost, returned, or incurs additional fees due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for any resulting liabilities and additional costs. - Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, an incorrect address, failure to sign for delivery, invalid recipient information, or other reasons beyond our control, we will assist in arranging a reshipment or processing a refund once the situation has been verified. Any costs associated with reshipping the package may be borne by the customer.
